since fedora 9 is no longer supported upstream the ones missing from the base 
os will need to be built yourself. pyOpenSSL is in Fedora as is libxml2-python 
you will need to build spacewalk-koan and rhnlib yourself.  you will also need 
to build the rhn yum plugin if you intend to push your own updates to F-9 
boxes.
