Look at https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade
and download upgrade-cert.sh script referenced from there. Now
do the following:

# yum upgrade spacewalk-certs-tools
# sh upgrade-cert.sh

Do whatever the script instructs you to do and then start with the
upgrade instructions all over again, from the beginning, no steps
skipped.
