Is there a way to have more output concerning schedule Actions?

To explain a little further, this is a recent installation of spacewalk server on centos and all my clients are centos as well.
I see that one station has 24 packages for install, so I schedule a Package Install.
after a few hours, I go verify how the package install went and as I can see the Package Install has failed.
Clicking on the link brings me to some details, the most output I have is " Invalid function call attempted " which to be honest doesn't tell me much.
I cannot find nothing in /var/log/rhn/ that is relevant to my current issue.

Is there a way to get more output of Actions ? if so, how?
