You have a couple of options.
If reverse dns is configured properly the hostname of the system will be
looked up from that.
You can use a pre-script to parse the kernel arguments and then import a
network configuration file for kickstart.
Give it a couple of hours and i'll post my scripts to this thread. You might
find them in the list archives.too.
