Schema upgrades should work from any previous version.

Upgrading directly from 0.6 to 1.0 should not be a problem, just use
instructions from:

    https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade08

Just remember two things:

1. Read 0.7 as 0.6, 0.8 as 1.0.

2. Package upgrade step, use

    # yum -x spacewalk-postgresql upgrade

rather than plain

    # yum upgrade
