Yes:

[root at tsw01 ~]# ping sw01
PING sw01.hf.info.nl (172.22.0.159) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from sw01.hf.info.nl (172.22.0.159): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=1.45 ms
64 bytes from sw01.hf.info.nl (172.22.0.159): icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.164 ms
64 bytes from sw01.hf.info.nl (172.22.0.159): icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.202 ms
64 bytes from sw01.hf.info.nl (172.22.0.159): icmp_seq=4 ttl=64 time=0.194 ms
64 bytes from sw01.hf.info.nl (172.22.0.159): icmp_seq=5 ttl=64 time=0.189 ms

When i run rhn_check will the client pickup the packages.
Only the packages will not auto install.

No route to host indicates a network issue...

Can you ping your spacewalk server from the client?
