[Spacewalk-list] internal server error on 'add remote command to package install'

i have been seeing a problem since the update to 1.2, when scheduling a package install or removal, and using the 'add a remote command...' option. 
it is possible to enter the command, but when the 'confirm remote command..' is submitted, an internal server error is displayed.

scheduling a package removal/install without the remote command seems to work fine.
