Thanks for the fast response to my problem.

I edited the ContactMethod perl mod specified in the bug report, restarted Spacewalk
via rhn-satellite, cleared the cache of my browser and restarted it; however, the
problem persists with the exact same debugging output as before. Somehow the table
alias is still being added to the db query for a new contact method. I'm not entirely
sure what I'm doing wrong here.
