[Spacewalk-list] Timezone confusion

The reason it's not under 'admin' is because this is a per user setting.
 It's not server-wide.

If the timezone isnt' set explicitly for the user, it should inherit
whatever the spacewalk system is set to.  It uses the JVM's timezone
class to detect this.  I'm not sure why it would not be detecting it
properly.  Everything that the topic starter said he had done seemed
correct to me.  If i get some time I can test this.
