Hi Colin,

So I've looked over it, and assigned system entitlements for each org, but when I go to software channel entitlements, I get none could be found. I've looked into this a little bit and after looking at the template-eval and the spacewalk cert I think that I need to modify the cert to have a channel-families entry. Since I'm not using RH provided channels here how do I figure out what my "channel families" are on my sp server. Or am I just barking up the wrong tree?

<rhn-cert-field name="channel-families" quantity="10" family="rh-ccm-cms-as21"/>
12 	  <rhn-cert-field name="channel-families" quantity="10" family="rh-ccm-core-as21"/>

Hi Brian

Can you try going to the 'Admin' tab, then select the org you want to
trust, create the trust under the 'Trusts' tab.

Select the org again, then go to the Subscriptions tab and allocate
the subscriptions as required. Remember to do this for both the
'System Entitlements' and 'Software Channel Entitlements'

Hope this helps
