anyone know a safe way of increasing the logging on rhn_web_api.log ?

I see the following

[2010-07-27 22:52:16,668] INFO - REQUESTED FROM: *callerIp* CALL:
auth.login(xmlrpc-user, ********) CALLER: (xmlrpc-user) TIME: 0.007
seconds
[2010-07-27 22:52:16,884] INFO - REQUESTED FROM: *callerIp* CALL:
system.listUserSystems(66613xa611c8610ebf3a857a7dae82fc83b763) CALLER:
(xmlrpc-user) TIME: 0.116 seconds

when i try to do the api call but i am wondering if i can get more
info about whats going on - i presume i am looking in the right place
but i am totally baffled at the moment.
