[Spacewalk-list] taskomatic fails to recreate repository

Hi folks,

I am running SW 1.0. For the past month any channel with more than a certain amount of packages ( 3 channels with more than 3800 and up to 5000 packages), fail to recreate the repodata information. Any new cloned channel of those channels also fails to generate this information. This results in a yum client always complaining about a non exisiting repodata.xml. Deleting the exisiting repodata will only cause the following files to appear. Taskomatic seems to run fine.

Only these files are created. They are truncated and not finished.

As a test I have exported  the channel  onto disk, created a yum repo and reimported the packages into a separate channel. The export only included the latest version of each package  and this new channel now has 2300 packages and not 3813 as the other failing channel has. Oddly  enough this new channel with less packages  will have a repodata created correctly.

So it looks to me that once you hit a certain amount of packages or information in a channel (with errata) taskomatic is failing.

Help would be appreciated ...
