I can see one down side potentially and I don't know how the system
will react related to this and a bug I filed in 0.7. Changelogs with
UTF8 characters will look bad/corrupted when viewing the RPMs - or
maybe even cause exceptions - I was encountering 500 errors until a
patch went in to ensure UTF8 behaviour on a particular changelog.
