[Spacewalk-list] ignore gpg keys?

As far as I know, the only way is on the client side by setting the following in "/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/rhnplugin.conf":

gpgcheck = 0

Is there a way to ignore gpg keys?  Most of our repos are internal and for the time being, I'd like to disable the key signature requirement.
