[Spacewalk-list] PSQLException Traceback

I am getting the following TraceBack when I start spacewalk. It gets send every minute. I am using Oracle and not postgres so I am not sure why I am gettting these errors.

I am not sure if this is related but I also get the following errors when I attempt to stop spacewalk
Terminating jabberd processes ...
Stopping router:                                           [  OK  ]
Stopping sm:                                               [FAILED]
Stopping c2s:                                              [FAILED]
Stopping s2s:                                              [FAILED]
Done.

I looked at the following logs and there doesn't seem to be anything out of place in any of them./var/log/tomcat5/catalina.out/var/log/messages/usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/admin/XE/bdump/alert_XE.log
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
