[Spacewalk-list] register client via spacewalk proxy

Any one can help me, how to register spacewalk client via spacewalk proxy. In this scenario, client behind firewall, and NAT to access spacewalk server. Client can ping spacewalk server, but spacewalk server can not ping client,  it is possible ? Thank before
