[Spacewalk-list] Problem with Monitoring

I have problem with Monitoring. Defined probes is still in Pending
state. So I try command from troubleshooting section of manual and
there is output:

 su - nocpulse
-bash-3.2$ rhn-catalog
can't open /var/lib/nocpulse/ProbeRecord.db: No such file or directory
at /var/lib/nocpulse/libexec/ProbeCatalog.pm line 15
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The file /var/lib/nocpulse/ProbeRecord.db really don't exists. What I
do wrong? My version of spacewalk is 1.0.
