Thanks for the response Miroslav.

Yes, I already had the rhncfg* packages installed and all actions enabled, so very strange that I had to do this.

I ended up having to uninstall the rhncfg* rpms and reinstall.

Possibly an older version of the rhncfg packages were installed.

So you have rhncfg* installed (4 packages). And you run
rhn-action-control --enable-all
and you are still seeing this error?
