No. Not closely. While some features are in RHN Satellite 5.4 (like 
staging content) and we of course gave the to code to Spacewalk as well. 
Most of Spacewalk 1.2 features are not presented in RHN Satellite 5.4.
RHN Satellite 5.4 is based - more or less - on Spacewalk 1.1.
