As a workaround I've commented out line 545
from /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/RHN/DB.pm and was able to get remote
commands working
eval 'use DBD::Oracle ()' or die $@;

Here is the error from the apache logs
PXT::Request::cookie_jar
(/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/PXT/Request.pm:431): Generating session
cookie for user: '1', session name: 'pxt-session-cookie', value:
'21935x5bfa0b7bbdb5e90f4d7fd9c837a3c7b0', expire: '3600'.
