Administration >> Storage

"Oracle Database Express Edition is designed to provide users with 4 GB
of user data storage. Physical storage is limited to a database size of
5 GB of total overall size. This includes the system tablespace, but
excludes temporary and rollback. You can compact storage by clicking
Compact Storage in the Tasks list."
