Ok, the answer is clear. 

So I'll ask another question: 
How can I register my RHEL hosts both on Spacewalk and RHN ? 

How can I supervise my RHEL hosts on Spacewalk ? 

Maybe Spacewalk does not support RHEL ?

Getting content from Red Hat Network is not supported by Spacewalk.
