I'm not sure that this is that bug or not. The WebUI is showing that
there is a newer package out but the client is not pulling it. The
package is on the server though. I have tested this by doing a wget to
pull the package and installing it locally. Then with a rhn_check the
WebUI no long shows that it is a package that needs to be updated.
