[Spacewalk-list] osa-dispatcher doesn't work on spacewalk 1.1

Hi list,
Osa dispatcher doesn't work in my spacewalk 1.1 fresh installation.

I see in the /var/log/rhn/osa-dispatcher.log the following error:

How I can setup that password?
