[Spacewalk-list] error generated when running rhn_check on client

I've upgraded to the 1.4RC and still getting the same issue after restarting the server 


btw - i found that the tomcat is pending till the httpd service is starting , but the httpd is starting AFTER the tomcat in the spacewalk-service initiation file , is this a bug or by design ?
