If I copy from -

[root at els-hq-space 5-gold-server-i386]# pwd
/var/cache/rhn/repodata/5-gold-server-i386
[root at els-hq-space 5-gold-server-i386]# ls -l
total 16
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 122 Apr 26 11:20 filelists.xml.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 120 Apr 26 11:20 other.xml.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 129 Apr 26 11:20 primary.xml.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 871 Apr 26 11:20 repomd.xml

It still fails with the same message?

So the crucial question is:
Does http://els-hq-space.englab.brocade.com/cblr/repo_mirror/rhel5s-i386/repodata/repomd.xml exist?
