% After copying the new file it's still crashing with the same error. I
% noticed the directory
%
% /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/spacewalk/satellite_tools
%
% Has similar files -
%
% reposync.py: ASCII English text
% reposync.py.broken.reposync: ASCII English text
% reposync.pyc: python 2.4 byte-compiled
% reposync.pyo: python 2.4 byte-compiled
%
% I'm not a programmer so not sure what's goes on with python scripts.
% Moved reposync.pyc and it got recreated. Does the same happen with
% reposync.pyo ?
Yes. Remove both .pyc and .pyo and rerun spacewalk-repo-sync. The files
should get regenerated.
