I _thought_ I had a recent open bug on this, and I have 
annotated it

There is a rather hefty Release bump in there since last 
November:

rhn-client-tools 
/mnt/nfs/var/ftp/pub/mirror/redhat/rhel/at-release/SRPMSonly/6Server/en/os/SRPMS/rhn-client-tools-1.0.0-38.el6.src.rpm
rhn-client-tools 
/mnt/nfs/var/ftp/pub/mirror/redhat/rhel/at-release/SRPMSonly/6Server/en/os/SRPMS/rhn-client-tools-1.0.0-61.el6.src.rpm

and nothing in the Changelog since before the RHEL 6 gold 
release at the .0 level

What's up here?  Normally I would prefer the '61 but it looks 
a lot like a black box
