Hi,

I already have locally-applied config that's similar to what's in the
above patch so my scout config push was fine, and has been since I
fiddled with 1.4. Anyway, I'll change my rhn_monitoring.conf to match
that in the commit.

My problem was that probes weren't updating due to the issue with
IPC::Open3.
