[Spacewalk-list] new client subscribe to channels via cli?

ok, fixed my issue.. actually the register itself should bring down the subscribed channels assuming my activation key was set up right.. 
I found that my activation key didnt correcly specify my base channel.. after fixing that and re-registering the system, everything works 
as expected.
