ok, thats good... umm  I have registered this system.. when i do a 
yum serach mycustomrpm

it doesnt show up. This custom package is in a subchannel of my main channel.. 
how can I make sure that it is picked up?

i.e. 
linux-5-5 
 _ linux-5.5-cluster
 _ linux-5-5-virt
 _ myrpms

the rpm lives in the "myrpms" part.
