[Spacewalk-list] Can't register new CentOS servers

After install of SpaceWalk 1.3 I was able to register 3 Centos 5.x servers.
When treing to register the 4th with

*rhnreg_ks --serverUrl=http://spaceserver/XMLRPC--activationkey=<key----1212313221>

*I get the gollowing error:
*Problem registering system:
    Error Class Code: 70
    Error Class Info:
      All available subscriptions for the requested channel have been
exhausted.
             Please contact a Red Hat Network Sales
associate.
      Explanation:
          An error has occurred while processing your request. If this
problem
          persists please enter a bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com.

          If you choose to submit the bug report, please be sure to
include
            details of what you were trying to do when this error occurred
and
                    details on how to reproduce this problem. *

The cert shows 2000 slots, but Base Entitlements shows

*Update:              0 systems entitled, 0 available entitlements (0 total)
Management:     3 systems entitled, 0 available entitlements (3 total)*

Any help will be much appreciated.
