No, there is no way to create autoyast file from WebUI right now.
Although I recall commit called:
* added support for SUSE autoinstallation (kickstarts) and some cleanup
which was recently merged. So it may start in upcoming 1.5 release.
But I did not tested it.

I never used Novell repositories, but I believe it is protected by X.509 
certificate.
Novell has tool called mgr-ncc-sync to sync their repo to Spacewalk, but 
they did not sent it to upstream (to us - Spacewalk project).
