[Spacewalk-list] 404 - Servlet action is not available / NoClassDefFoundError exception

Hello,

(I realized this was a more appropriate place than filing a bug
report, so I'm resending here with more detail).

I'm using the latest CVS nightly of spacewalk on Centos.  I have
everything (apparently) installed and configured, but upon attempting
to load the web UI, I receive a "Servlet action is not available"
error msg.  When I checked catalina.out, I noticed the following msg:

I have struts 1.3.8 rpm installed, so I'm really not sure what's going
on here.  What am I missing?
