[Spacewalk-list] install spacewalk-oracle missing dependency

Hi,

I've not done an upgrade but recently installed 1.3, have you read the
install guide at https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToInstall?

In particular the requirements for the Oracle back you need are here:
