[Spacewalk-list] Problems Kickstarting CentOS 6.0 on Spacewalk 1.5

I have been trying to install a base CentOS 6.0 load, using Spacewalk 1.5
(latest,as of Monday 10/3). I hit an installation error when package
installs are taking place

A fatal error occurred when installing the MAKEDEV package. This could
indicate errors when reading the installation media. Installation can not
continue.

When I exit out of this, I have the progress box, which shows the rpm
MAKEDEV-3.24-6.el6.x86_64 and is the 136 out of 364 packages. Below it is a
line strangely scrolling off the screen, which reads

/mnt/sysimage/var/lib/rpm: No such file or directory
                            /mnt/sys/image/var/lib/rpm: No such file or
directory
                                                        install exited
abnormaly [1/1]
                                                                      The
system will be rebooted when you press Ctrl-C or Ctl-Alt-Delete.

The iso's for CentOS 6.0 are on the disk and mounted through the loopback. I
tried downloading the iso and burning it on a different burner, copying it
into place and mounting it, and it sill get stuck at the same place. This is
what the distribution is linked to in the tree path, with a base channel set
to the CentOS main channel and Installer Generation set to Red Had
Enterprise Linux 6.

Looking in the catalina.out file shows some Not Found .. 404! errors for the
following files:

//var/distro-trees/centos-6.0-x86_64_1/images/updates.img
//var/distro-trees/centos-6.0-x86_64_1/images/product.img
/var/cache/rhn/repodata/.treeinfo

The profile is just a very basic profile to test the install with.

Any help/suggestions

Thanks

Scott
