page, isn't it? Both the jpackage and EPEL (and Red Hat High
Availability Server 6 and Red Hat Optional Server 6 for RHEL 6)
requirement.

What (yum, rpm) operations were you attempting to do exactly when you
got this error?

The /usr/bin/rebuild-security-providers is provided by the
jpackage-utils package

	# rpm -qf /usr/bin/rebuild-security-providers
	jpackage-utils-1.7.3-1jpp.2.el5

and it comes from the jpackage repo, just like the
java-1.4.2-gcj-compat-1.4.2.0-40jpp.115.
