[Spacewalk-list] Not able to sync the repository with channel.

Hi All,

We are trying spacewalk for the first time in our environment. I have a
list of  doubt, can any one help me out.

a) I am not able to sync my repository (i got the url from the yum.repo
file)
       * It is that required any authentication to sync from RHN

b) While configuring repository, i seen a coloumn say "Security: GPG"
       * What is that actually check??
       * How to get it??
