% Hi, I've got a new issue - osad is missing. I can download it manually of course, buthow can I download and add it to Spacewalk server's repository? Thank you in advance!

osad is spacewalk client package.
osa-dispatcher is spacewalk (server) package.

% spwclient# yum clean all
% Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
% Cleaning up Everything
% [root at GDCUSTST87 ~]# yum install osad
% Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
% spacewalk_channel_rhel_5_x86_64          | 1.1 kB     00:00
% spacewalk_channel_rhel_5_x86_64/primary  | 1.1 MB     00:00
% spacewalk_channel_rhel_5_x86_64          3358/3358
% Setting up Install Process
% No package osad available.
% Nothing to do
%
% spwserver# yum list | grep osa
% osa-dispatcher.noarch                5.10.41-1.el6         @spacewalk
% osa-dispatcher-selinux.noarch        5.10.41-1.el6         @spacewalk

That's correct.
