[Spacewalk-list] Monitoring scout / ip issue

Hi,
I had in
/etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 hostname
then changed the entry pointing to the actual server ip
X.X.X.X hostname
After this the monitoring scout is giving me a permission error. After
running /etc/init.d/MonitoringScout restart
/var/log/nocpulse/execute_commands.log shows:
