The issue is solved by moving and importing the GPG key, RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release. Here is the document:

I've finally upgraded two packages as tests successfully. Tomorrow I'll upgrade the whole system channel of the test client.

You are missing the gpg keys
You can manually install them but you need to add them to your activation keys so it doesn't happen again. There is excilent documentation on this in the manual for sattilite.
