Your server can't access mirror.centos.org, most likely it's just temporarily
outage.

BTW howto on wiki.centos.org is slightly outdated so please cross check
information with our official wiki https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki.

This is looks like enabled but not configured Monitoring. If you do not
use it, disable it in webUI (Admin > Spacewalk Configuration ).
