This issue has been solved.

Performing the following commands from the command line has stopped taskomatic CobblerDistroSyncCommand error found /var/log/rhn/rhn_taskomatic_daemon.log:

# cobbler distro remove --name centos57-x86_64_test-onexen:1:SpacewalkDefaultOrganization
# cobbler distro remove --name centos57-x86_64xen:1:SpacewalkDefaultOrganization

These cobbler distros were in cobbler (in the OS) but were not in the rhnKickstartableTree database table.

I do not know what generated these two *xen cobbler distros entries since I only use the web GUI.

I hope this helps someone else who may experience this type of error in the rhn_taskomatic_daemon.log file.

Best Regards,
Scott
