Added the line to /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Sniglets/ChannelEditor.pm.. It works now !

I was given a fix on the irc channel yesterday for this:

Add the following line in amongst the existing use lines of
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Sniglets/ChannelEditor.pm

use RHN::Form::Widget::RadiobuttonGroup;
