[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk 1.6 on Oracle

I have problem with install
My server is fresh clean Centos 5.7 with this oracle packages:
[root at elektra install]# rpm -qa |grep -i "oracle-"

oracle-instantclient-selinux-11.2.0.1-1.el5
NOCpulsePlugins-Oracle-2.209.3-1.el5
quartz-oracle-1.8.1-3.el5
oracle-instantclient11.2-sqlplus-11.2.0.2.0-1
spacewalk-oracle-1.5.1-1.el5

My oracle server is
SQL> select * from V$VERSION;

and with install procedure i have:

[root at elektra]# spacewalk-setup --disconnected
* Setting up Oracle environment.
* Setting up database.
** Database: Setting up database connection for Oracle backend.
Database service name (SID)? XXXXXX
Database hostname [localhost]? oracle.acme.com
Username? space_walk
Password?
** Database: Testing database connection.
** Database: Populating database.

Could not populate database.

AND:

cat /var/log/rhn/populate_db.log|grep ORA
ORA-02291: integrity constraint (SPACE_WALK.RHN_PACKAGESYNCBL_PNID_FK) violated - parent key not found

could anyone help me? ;-)
