[Spacewalk-list] spacewalk-repo-sync from file:///

When doing a spacewalk-repo-sync from a file:/// URL it ends up actually
deleting the files from the location. Is there a way to disable this? The
reason being is I reposync down the repository and then spacewalk-repo-sync
it into Satellite. If the spacewalk-repo-sync deletes all the files, the
next reposync will re-download everything.

I set this up as a repository accessed via HTTP as a work around but ran
into a problem syncing some repository (error out with no more mirrors to
try) that I don't encounter when just directly going to the file .

Thanks
