You could write a Perl/Python/PHP script that runs from cron and uploads that data using the API.  NOTE: You will accordingly have to keep SW login credentials stored either in that script or in a config file on that client machine, if you go that route.

Optionally, you could modify rhn_check or rhn-profile-sync to call that script rather than having cron run it.
