[Spacewalk-list] How to add a centos 5.5 client to spacewalk ( centos5.7)

I have a space walk server running Centos 5.7. I am trying to add existing Centos 5.5 clients to spacewalk. with the following command.
 
1.rhnreg_ks --username john doe --password letmein ( nothing happen )
2. I checked my systems tab  and it was not added 
 
I'm trying to add this system so I can add a rpm and push the rpm to the system.
 any ideas on these thwo questions
