I cant get this working on the rhnclients to spacewalk server :(
Does anyone have this working on Spacewalk.

Not sure what you mean by "realtime updates".  I have pushes working with osa-dispatcher on an actual RHN Satellite.  It was recently patched to cure a problem with the dispatcher thinking that a dropped client was still connected, causing it to wave off reconnection attempts.
