Hello every one
I am about to do some experiments with setting up redudndant spacewalk
servers in a configuration similar to the one described here
http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Network_Satellite/5.4/html-single/Installation_Guide/index.html#sect-Installation_Guide-Maintenance-Cloning_the_Satellite_with_Embedded_DB

The big difference is I'm going to do it with PostgreSQL 9.1 streaming
replication, PGPool-II (PostgreSQL proxy with automatic failover and
online recovery capability), and a couple of shared filesystems which
could be NFS or a clustered filesystem
unfortunately I will not be able to do hot standby query load
balancing due to a limitation in the JDBC driver but it should allow
users to load balance the the spacewalk servers in a live, live
configuration via various methods.
the primary driving interest is it seams as though satellite sync
doesn't sync client info and this would.

would any one be interested in a WIKI article describing how it works
If so please let my know if there is enough interest I will document
it as I go and add it to the user WIKI

Thank You
